They have been out 6 times to try and get 1 of my windows right. They have been unable to successfully measure a square window and now my sales rep is nowhere to be found and no one picks up when I call. Happy they lied to me and said they were "giving a discount because of my issues" then just ghosted me after the check cleared.

I hardly recommend AWC for your window covering. They have a wide selection to choose from. The process was fast from the moment they came and measured the windows. Their representative Alexa was very knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable. When they came to install the new coverings, I was amazed at the amount of time that it took the technicians to remove the old blinds and install the new ones, a total of 6 windows. It was fast, definitely experienced. I love the new blinds, makes the house look brighter

We chose this company because they are not a national chain store. We ordered $12,000 worth of Hunter Douglas products. When we ordered them & paid the required 45% down on Feb 16 we were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Yesterday we got an email saying that one product is expected to be the week of April.9 for installation unless we wanted everything that they had installed earlier.
