Purchased washer & dryer on July 1st. Was told it would be delivered and installed in 2-3 weeks. As of today July 31st the units continue to be on back order with no end in sight. If we try to cancel this order this company requires a 25% restocking fee, so now we are betrothed to their schedule. I'm sure they knew all along that these units were on back order and that the 2-3 week estimate was highly unlikely but fed us that anyways. Be careful purchasing popular items from them!

Cheyne is fantastic! If you are looking for anything in appliances, grills, water softeners, or R/O systems he is the best. Knowledgeable is an understatement. He knows his products and which ones have the best value, and they are not necessarily the highest price. We will always purchases appliances from Cheyne at Arizona Appliances for incredibly knowledgeable and attentive service with great prices .

Five years ago I bought a $16,000 refrigerator from this company, now is ready to do the stove oven and microwave made an appointment with the office a gentleman named J coming out to see us, no call no-show. Office wasn’t sure where he was this once was a great company we’re looking at a new quote. I guess remodeling the kitchen is not enough ,Definitely would not use this company again, so disappointed. Tried instant message on Facebook no response.
