Our rescue Shih Tzus, Webster & Pepper, have been treated here since Oct. 2014 for routine care and we are very happy with Dr Millikan and her staff. Yesterday Pepper wasn't quite himself, so we called Arizona West and they gave us an appointment for today. We think that shows great concern for the well-being of their patients.
This place unfortunately is not what it used to be. Dr. Millican doesn't seem to care about the animal or your thoughts. Takes days to get a call back and they seem inconvenienced by having to do so. After almost 5 years and giving many recommendations to this place I had to switch to a vet that I knew would take care of my animals of which are family to me! I will never again recommend them again! Very disappointed.
My fur babies love this vet!! Awesome people
I have been taking my dog babies to Arizona West for over 8 years:) I recommend them to everyone I know with an animal baby:) whenever my dog has had a problem they look for a solution until they find one. Dr Milikin , Risa and the rest of the staff are very caring and obviously love what they are doing. Thank you Arizona West :)
