EDITED: This company did not actually install the hot water heater mentioned below. The company they purchased had previously installed it. The current owners of Arizona Water Tech were very helpful in getting my grandparents the information they needed to fix their hot water heater problem. Thank you, Arizona Water Tech, for helping as much as you could!! This company installed a hot water heater at my grandparent’s house in 2015 and did not install a water shut off valve. Now? I needed warranty service on a GE Water softener. Dave cam out and got everything straight within 3 hours of me contacting GE. Amazing group and Dave is exceptional
Never use this company; we have a leak with GE water softener. GE send this company. they says that it is installation issue etc; So I told them to put “by pass mode” and I will have my plumber who install to come back to the house. AZ water tech do it listen; They repair it “without any authorization” from us. They asking me for money and I say I never give authorization for them to do the jobs.
