Very caring and very helpful.office staff were so helpful and friendly. And Dr. Gonzalez was very kind and helpful, too. My friend who had GI e to the Glendale office referred me. I chose Scottsdale because the office is closer. 5 stars for sure!!
After my visit, the receptionist checked my insurance and benefits 3 times and double checked with her coworker. And told me 3 times my ultrasound was fully covered. After i left i got a call from someone in another office saying I owe them $500, or i could swing by and pay $250 cash. Also saying the people at the office don’t know how to do their job. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me ahead of time and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. The doctor and staff were kind and efficient.
