I had an ultrasound today at Arizona Vascular. The technician that performed the procedure was fantastic. Brittany was very professional and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and She explained the procedure in plain English. I hope I'm fortunate enough to have her as my technician for future procedures. Overall my vist and follow up explanation was great.
My recent appointment at Arizona Vascular was excellent. The front staff was amazing and friendly, and I didn't have to wait long in the lobby. Ana, the MA, came right out to take me to the back, then introduced me to Bridgette, who performed my ultrasound. Bridgette explained what she would be doing during the procedure, and Dr. Bobka thoroughly explained everything to me without rushing. Thank you!
I have been treated here for years.In the past i received quality care. THE Doctor let me down about a month ago he wasn't able to finish my surgery with out any explanation. I work up and rush out of the office Iwas told that I would get a call to explain why. I called every day for a month. I would leave messages and Dr Namanny nor the staff never called. I had a great experience with Dr. Manny and his entire team. Everyone was genuinely friendly, efficient, and clearly very skilled. The sonogram technician was thorough and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They were kind enough to work me in before I had to leave town, made sure all testing was completed, and took the time to review the results. I truly appreciated the personal attention, quick care, and the high level of professional expertise and knowledge shown by everyone.
“Got your shit together” is the title of my feedback; From start to finish this was a class act,.! I was instructed to be there at 6:30am, at 6:28 a medical tech walked out of the front door into the parking lot and said are you Gary and I said yes and he said we’ll ready for you! And from that point forward everything/everybody was right on target! Teamwork at its best, superb!
