July 2024 we were away from our home in ****************, when my neighbor called saying we a storm and had roof damage. She text me some pictures and gave me Arizona Valley Roofing's phone number. This is who she used 3 years ago to replace her roof. I called ***** at Arizona Valley Roofing and he waisted no time in getting our roof looked at and secured. I was called over by a friend, an elderly lady, who was concerned about leaking from her roof. She stated she had Arizona Valley Roofing come out to address the issue. She stated they had been out several times, to no avail. Because I was able to correct an very similar issue with a relative of '*****', she asked me to take a look. I went up to the roof, to look at the issue, and was quite shocked at what I seen. There has been *********************** around town and was looking for a roofing company. Arizona Valley Roofing happened to show up around town a few times while Im driving. Well so happens the truck had a Lets go ******* sticker so I let them know I wont be doing service with them. The owner calls me to let me know his a ****** fan. Oh my! She is really nuts. The threats started with her. Who drives around looking for a company that does roofing.
After saying they would fix the leak on my house and making multiple "repairs" I still have a leak. The ceiling is caving in and the damage is even worse. I tried giving them a chance to even fix their mistakes. On the last visit, they found damage and said it would be free to repair. Then I find out after the repairs are done they want to charge me for it. The owner told me himself that he would be out on the last visit as well and lied to me and never came.
