Horrible experience with nursing staff/procedural staff at this center. I went in for a cystoscopy. Prior to the procedure, I had asked one of the female nurses questions regarding the procedure. She had no time to answer my questions and said that we had to keep things moving as the doctor was waiting. I was at the facility 35 minutes prior to my appointment.
