Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Han explained the issues related to my visit clearly and I did not feel like he was in a hurry, as most doctors are. Good experience and I am glad I selected Arizona Urology as my provider.
Wish it could be zero stars. Absolutely the WORST! Had a vasectomy in July. Follow-up labs show it was not 100% successful. That is an understandable risk and we accept that. Now we have been trying to get back in for a consultation on what to do next. CANNOT GET AN APPOINTMENT. Answering service WILL NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK FROM THE OFFICE after leaving a message. We have even tried going to the office during posed business hours and NOBODY IS THERE. LOCKED UP TIGHT.
