Put simply, the scheduling staff are incompetent, lack training, are are not capable of managing patient flow. I hope you have a lot of time on your hands because you must be prepared to have your appointments canceled or delayed at random without notice. It's unfortunate because the actual medical staff are lovely.
Fantastic experience. Dr. Kletscher is high skilled, excellent hands. The CRNA there Teresa is stupendous. Very personable and knows what she's doing. Team of nurses is excellent as well. Got the IV on the first try so that's always a nice touch. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. Cheers!
I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years. I find everyone to be very helpful and professional. Dr. Kletscher and Dr. Kalinowski are fantastic.
The doctor was very nice explained to me that this happens to some women. Ordered .e pills to see it would help. And if not it didn't work. There was some thing else. I would refer her to other people.
