The staff is always rude. They consistently run behind schedule on appointments. You can never get anyone to answer a phone call without waiting over 30 minutes or more and it's still only an answering service. When I asked questions at my last appointment I was treated with snarky answers and made to feel uncomfortable during the exam. They consistently ignore refill requests for your medications and when you finally do speak to someone they say you need an appointment but can never get you in for weeks and say they'll call... read more
They have nice medical staff, but are totally mismanaged. They need more trained doctors and nurses. Customers are cycled through like cattle in a never ending chute. If you need to talk to them by phone, plan on being on hold for over 45 minutes, and you still will not speak to a human. Lastly, if your privacy is important, go somewhere else. Dr Patel and his staff are so busy trying to pack in as many patients as possible,that your treatment will suffer greatly.So if you want to be completely ignored by Dr. Patel and his staff after you let him do surgery on you...this is your guy!

This practice is poorly managed. Problems with out of date orders, scheduling and now my doctor disappears and no information on where he went or confusion about getting my records.
