Terrible service. On hold for 2 hours ... really!! Unacceptable.
Very poor patient care!!! So dissatisfied with Arizona Urology Specialists patient care that I now go to Affiliated Urologists, they are great 👍🏻
They take 45 minutes to answer phone then hang up. Call back to wait again. No follow up for patients regarding nephrostomy tube maintenance or antibiotic needs, allows patient to become infected and colonized requiring several day hospitalization to treat infection. Stay away.
Extremely long wait time very unorganized definitely recommend others who are in the same field
