Terrible service. On hold for 2 hours ... really!! Unacceptable.
Very poor patient care!!! So dissatisfied with Arizona Urology Specialists patient care that I now go to Affiliated Urologists, they are great 👍🏻
They take 45 minutes to answer phone then hang up. Call back to wait again. No follow up for patients regarding nephrostomy tube maintenance or antibiotic needs, allows patient to become infected and colonized requiring several day hospitalization to treat infection. Stay away.
I have had the worst experience dealing with Colorado Urology. I requested a doctor transfer over a week ago from the Longmont office to the Westminster office because I am currently unemployed and the Longmont office is just to far to travel. I had an appointment today and Doctor Webster refused to see me after the doctor transfer was approved and told me I have no choice but to go to the Longmont office even after I explained my situation they wouldn’t accommodate me. Extremely long wait time very unorganized definitely recommend others who are in the same field
RecommendedAfter suffering life altering side effects of medication (Flomax) to treat BPH for over a year, I researched my options. I chose the Urolift procedure. I did my research and saw Dr. John Kefer at Colorado Urology. I underwent the Urolift procedure on 10.31.2019. It is now 3 weeks since the procedure. I have been off all meds for two weeks. The side effects of the Flomax are gone......as are the symptoms of BPH. Thank you Dr. Kefer for giving me my life back..
