I got charged for two tests that I did not have. If you visit this office please make sure you check your bills. Also when you call this office you are directed to someplace outside of the United States. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at the actual office and in order to get those charges removed and test results removed from my chart that I did not have, I had to visit the office in person twice because you cannot get a hold of anyone there.
Not sure what is going on with their billing dept but I was on hold 49 min when it was my turn they disconnected my call. So I was back in line again as the 17th caller another hour still no luck.
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Shawn Blick. He explained my imaging clearly, put me at ease about a small renal cyst, and laid out a sensible plan for follow‑up. The appointment was organized and professional. I left feeling informed and confident. Highly recommend Dr. Blick and Arizona Urology Specialists.
