Dr specified an MRI at a facility Out-of-Network. This will not work for me as it is cost prohibitive and unacceptable. Then he would not return phone message or answer calls. Very poor customer/patient care!
My experience with the Gilbert office of Arizona Urology has been very positive. Reception, scheduling, Nurse Practitioners and all staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Office is clean and efficient with minimal wait times. Dr. Pandey and his Nurse Practitioner is skilled and explained procedures and options thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice.
