The front office staff was very pushy on payment and would not accept the possibility that they were incorrectly calculating our insurance benefits. We were forced to make a payment much larger than what we actually owe. Now I have to deal with the nightmare of trying to get reimbursed. I called the billing department and after three days still haven't heard back from them. Dr Jain is good at what he does, but I am not happy with the office experience.

1st time with AZ Urology. Very good visit, friendly front seat staff good visit with the Dr and student in training. I really like the computers they have in the room to get info from.
This was my first visit to AU. The front desk personnel were great, they were friendly and helpful. My discussion with Katie was very professional and informative. After her discussion with Dr. Pandey we discussed various possibilities for treatment. I now have a second appointment for treatment. I am looking forward to it with full confidence.
