About 5 months ago I purchased used "garden cart". It has (4) 10 inch tires with inner tubes and rims. Shortly after picking it up I realized it had 2 flat tires that would not hold air so the inner tubes must have had holes in them. No problem I thought, I've replaced inner tubes before, how hard could it be? I purchased 2 inner tubes online so I could fix them. Boy was I wrong!!
