Very helpful staff. Could not order directly from them. I had to go to a vendor that they approved in order to order the tile I wanted. Kinda ridiculous! However, the staff directed me to a vendor a mile or so away. We have bought tile from them in California and we never had this problem. The staff gets 5 stars, their policy gets 1 star.
