Very professional staff. This company drove over 3 hours to access the work needing to be done and provide an estimate without a guarantee we would hire them. I will definitely be having Arizona Therapeutic Walk-in Tubs do more remodels in my home. Superb customer service, quality work and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the ADA compliant walk-in shower that was installed for my 92 year old father! Bill and the installer were both great to work with. They were patient and very accommodating as we made decisions and special requests. My dad loves the shower and so do his care givers, and therapists. They are all impressed by the well thought out design. We would highly recommend this company.

Our project was an ADA compliant walk-in shower for my military veteran father. It was our first time working with the VA. Bill was very helpful: submitting paperwork and supplying contact information. When Bill arrived to provide the quote, he was very patient and provided pictures and material samples for us. This company is the best I'm so pleased with my barrier free shower. My husband has Parkinson and has a hard time lifting his legs this shower makes it easy for him to get into the shower. The workers were the best, kind and clean. I will recommend this company to anyone who has problems with getting in the shower or tub

I decided it was time to re-do my walk in shower and was gonna get 4 quotes. After the first three quotes, I was getting very disappointed. Not only were the prices very high but I wasn't impressed at all with two of the gentlemen I dealt with. I was about ready to forget it but decided to get one more quote. Az. intervene were wrong on the document and when i called to ask him to correct it he was extremely put out. He did correct it and sent me only that page via email to reprint. When the single person “team” arrived the first day around 10 he came into the house and started looking at other projects that were going on and criticizing, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. We couldn't have asked for more from ****and ******when it came to remodeling our master bathroom. Bill's sales pitch was informative but low-key, with none of the typical "gotta buy now to get this price" type of sales nonsense. He answered our questions (including some that we didn't know enough to ask!), and came up with what we think is the perfect tub for our application.
