June 12, 2017 sign on door says Retail Store permanently closed
Could t make an appt online. Unable to call and reach anyone from July 1st to July 11th. Mailbox was full. The office location was locked up with no information indicating why they are unavailable. Phone number directs you to Apple support which is unable to book an appointment. A complete disappointment about ready to giv up after a half dozen calls and 3 office visits. Would not recommend.
I can't say enough about Drake! He showed up promptly. Went about taking care of my business computer issues efficiently! On a personal note I was struggling with with how to retrieve news recordings from my DVR concerning my son's death. Recordings I was about to lose. Knowing what this meant to me he spent probably 12 hours over the weekend of his own time trying to figure it out for me and he did! I am so grateful! He's amazing!
