This company is absolutely wonderful for our small business. We have had zero issues and use them so many times already this year Jennifer is outstanding and extremely patient, helpful and friendly. She goes over and above to help us find the stock that the client wants to create win-win situations. if she's not available, I have found the rest of the staff is just as eager to help and friendly. I was dreading calling in to check on the status of a back order. Previously, since May 2023 when I had called 2-3 times it was very difficult to get any straight answers regarding whether the stone had or would come in. In fact, the rep Ms. T was often impatient and annoyed having to answer my questions. We tried to work with the Mesa store, but after waiting a week to get a quote, we decided to give Show Low a try. What a difference ! Tracee seemed very interested in finding the stone we chose. Had a sample waiting for us.
