Takes care of the complaint. Dr Tay doesn't pull any punches he gets to the point, then takes care of it.
This practice is small and well managed. Usually 3 to 6 patients waiting on 1of 2 doctors. My prior urologist office there would be 20 to 30 patients waiting on 1 of 6 or 7 doctors. Just seems more personal.

Professional. Communicative. Good experience.
Dr. Tay is the best Urologist in Arizona in my opinion, and trust me, I've had quite a few over the years. He is patient, takes his time to go over his findings and your care. His surgical skills are unmatched.
