Horrible...Good read... I am a caregiver for my 87 year old mother so I have more experiences with doctors and clinics that I like to and I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had. First the front desk had nobody there until somebody came back around 12 minutes later with her circle K big gulp then they was busy helping people that cut to front leaving us to wait another 10 minutes, filled out a new patient form 10 pages 2 sides. I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Hsu. He inquired about my ability to urinate without FloMax. I let him know that I was still unable to urinate with comfort. He gave me information about a procedure with Lasers that should help.
They probably won't be able to figure out what is wrong with you and will call you with some surprise bills after a few visits
