I witnesses one of the most horrific events in my life. I went to accompany my husband for his vasectomy procedure with Dr. Patel and his resident. First at all the doctor was so unprofessional, walking in the room like it was a bar or something. In the middle of the procedure they realized they were using a wrong piece of instrumentation while my husband was screening on pain!!! They kept working on his surgery without saying word or making it more comfortable for my husband. I told them at the end that that was unacceptabl... read more
