Absolutely the worst I have dealt with. No directions, no bed side manner at ALL. The M.A that was with me today, could care less. This office is a get you in and out. I promise you they dont care!!! staff?? Cold as always. Did not even care.. trust me I know about care. I have been dealing with cancer for 6 years.. so MY opinion??? Absolute worst experience. Waited an hour past our appointment time in a waiting room with 40 other patients with minimal seating. Many elderly patients had to stand to wait. The care staff was nice however they do not carry the larger bags for urine collection. I requested they send an RX for the larger bags. They sent the RX to a regular pharmacy that also do not carry the bags. I called immediately on the same day as appointment to request the urgent need RX be sent to a medical supply. Still haven’t received my results from 7/3/25 but at least they received my money- right? That’s all that matters to them.
Doctor was great but office staff is a nightmare. Can’t get an appointment or even a person that will help with the problem at hand. So we are going back to the hospital because I can’t any answers. DR Hsu you need to make major changes in the way your office is ran!
Horrible clinic with horrible customer service. They cancelled my procedure twice. The first time they didn’t even tell they cancelled it and the second time they cancelled for no reason at all. I just received an email saying the cancelled my appointment and had to reschedule. I didn’t rescheduled and just ask my insurance to give me a referral to another clinic. Pathetic of a clinic. Do not waste your time.
