On September 17th,2025 i addressed and mailed a letter directly to one of the doctors and a separate letter to his 3 Medical Assistants at this office asking them if they could perform certain medical procedures or surgeries for a specific situation i have been going through for many years.I won't give out their names so as not to embarrass them!!!! One Star is stretching it. Dr Volson is a joke. He came into the room.No introduction. No acknowledgement of me. Says why you here? I spoke maybe 10 words. He stated what are you going to the bathroom about 4 times a night. I SAID NO 8 to 10. He said let's get some test. He began to walk out. AND SAID why do you.have a Cane? He keep going without my answer. After a couple of minutes thinking he was coming back to learn why I was there.His assistant came with 2 prescriptions and 2 forms for test.Never saw him again.
