I used to work in this dump (October 2018 to June 2019) and it is the most toxic work environment I’ve ever seen. Employees are micromanaged to the extreme which isn’t uncommon in a government agency but management from top to bottom are incompetent and do not know how to manage human beings. If it wasn’t for written policies, procedures, and general orders to fall back on, these clowns wouldn’t know what to do and they don’t know how to manage people.
