Dr. Smith and his team were phenomenal for us in evaluating my daughter. We were so lost and kept getting pointed in a million directions by others. The school district was not being cooperative or helpful, making us loose all confidence in their desire or ability to help my daughter. We were able to include Dr. Smith as an advocate for her, get the school district to do what was necessary and then even get her evaluated by Dr. Smith for an IEE. We were excited to find an office that accepts insurance for the Autism Evaluation my husband was so eager to have. For reference, you can pay for the evaluation without any insurance for $600-500 from several other providers and facilities. It's been several months and the office is now billing us $1,100. Sure, there's deductibles to be met ... But their charges are EXTREMELY out of range to other providers who are providing the same services. Their billing department is not interested in reducing charges and lack empathy. ... read more

Dr. Czaplewski was awesome with the testing for our son. Very thorough in explanations, kind, patient, and easy to speak with. Tiffany in the front office was also amazing to work with. She was always prompt to respond to any questions we had. Great team and highly recommend!
I can not express my gratitude to Dr. Czaplewski and the team. This team was very compassionate and understanding in our time of need and treated our family with great respect.
