Beware of the billing department at this facility. They collected $500 for me in order to have my daughter’s surgery. Then after her surgery sent me a bill for over $3,000.00 ( sure mistakes happen we’re all human. I didn’t have the full amount to pay off so I requested to be set up on a payment plan where I was told if o couldn’t do their set amount then I couldn’t be set up on one and even asked me to open up a care credit card to make a payment on something I didn’t have the money for. Literally the best surgery center I've been to. I had a simple surgery on my hand, but the staff was so nice and welcoming, everyone I met was so focused on my comfort and I felt very careful. every way.
What a disgrace that patients are allowed to be treated as numbers and the nurses and staff will get to you when they can . The patient to nurse ratio is 5-1 and you cannot get anyone to respond to your needs . DO NOT leave your loved one at this facility alone . No one gives a shit about patient welfare , it’s clearly a money transaction. Shameful how uneducated and incompetent the staff is …. I hope we never have to go back!
Had a great experience! Angel, Abigail, Dr. J Elliott, Stephie, Paul, Beth, and Dr. Pearlstein were all amazing and explained everything thoroughly. They answered all questions and made me feel calm and safe!
