For two consecutive years they failed to get the pre-authorization from my insurance company. Consequently they gave me erroneous estimates, and after I paid my share a year ago, they bill me again for $555 more. A full year after the services were rendered. OK dentist work. Pros • Got a flier in the mail for $49 evaluation, cleaning, and X-ray — great deal. • Ultrasonic cleaning. • Hygienist was very gentle, friendly, and left my teeth very clean. • Dentist takes pictures of cavities so patients can clearly see them, but they don’t include these in your files when asked for all records. • Office has a diverse staff • Dentist pointed out that my white tongue may be linked to sleep apnea — a first for me, and potentially very helpful information. • Pointed out deep infection from childhood root c... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller‘s since the first year of his practice. He is kind and meticulous in his work. He truly cares about the oral health of all of his patients. I still have dental work that he performed more than 30 years ago that remains intact.I highly recommend him.
