I have never received such nasty customer service from a professional as I received from Dr. Edwards. As a vet, part of her job is to educate her patients about their pets health. Instead, she lectures, degrades and belittles pet owners. Her behavior is that of a child who has to get the last word and knows it all. Being that I am a minority, I left her office questioning if she thought she could treat me with such disregard because of the color of my skin. Dr. Edwards will treat or dismiss an animal depending on how she feels about their owner. I have watched her body slam a dog because he was afraid of the x-ray machine and kick my Bull Mastiff because he accidentally stepped on her foot. I stopped using her at that point. Dr. Edwards is very knowledgeable…but what good is knowledge coupled with a shape shifting personality and unreliable, inconsistent medical ethics? No thank you.
