my appointment was at 4:20 pm, I arrive at 4:00 and they stick me in a room to wait. It is now 4:45 pm and not one person has come into the room, even though my appointment was 25 MINUTES AGO. The whole time I can hear the women just gossiping back and forth this place is full of money hungry vultures who have no problem taking your copay then proceed to ignore you. my mom has had TWO sleep studies by these people with no progress in getting her a CPAP machine. AVOID this place because all they want is your money and won't a... read more

Dealing with them is a nightmare and it may require hiring a lawyer to stop them from billing me and my insurance with charges having no explanation ever documented for what they actually are. (So even FSA will reject them). I'll never understand why so much of the sleep medicine and medical equipment field is so ... read more

A rude front desk individual named Jessica rolls her eyes when you try to explain that you are there just to pick up new patient paperwork. She never listened and tried to talk over me, even though the appointment individual told me to pick up the paperwork.
