Why waste your time going here? You should ask this question before a Dr. refers you to this office. No follow up, I have had to do all the ground work to make cpap work. “We are going to monitor you and make adjustments” cricket’s from them. It would be no stars if given the option.
I was requested to show up early to fill out paperwork, the door is locked with a sign that says the office is closed till 3pm (my appt time). It's 110F outside. Wait 20min in my car w/ the AC blasting. Not a good start! I chalk it up to office staff not the Drs. but ... I was sent here for a sleep disorder. Insomnia and I ended up with a cpap I was told by the doctor. I needed a psychiatrist for my sleep disorder. That's who sent me here was my psychiatrist in the first place. Very different from what the web site said. It said they help with sleep disorders. I guess sleep apnea is the only one
my appointment was at 4:20 pm, I arrive at 4:00 and they stick me in a room to wait. It is now 4:45 pm and not one person has come into the room, even though my appointment was 25 MINUTES AGO. The whole time I can hear the women just gossiping back and forth this place is full of money hungry vultures who have no problem taking your copay then proceed to ignore you. my mom has had TWO sleep studies by these people with no progress in getting her a CPAP machine. This place is a joke, cant understand staff (maybe its rude but its the truth) the entire system they have is a joke. Terrible answering services, doesnt communicate with you, and just seems more like an insurance grab then actual doctors
