Arizona Rheumatology Consultants, PLC. And Dr Allabban are amazing and have gone up and beyond for me. Having to one of the Rheumatologist in AZ that understand my rare Autoimmune was difficult and he has taken care of me through this entire process. Simply amazing and the staff on top of everything. A++
Dr. Allabban is attentive and truly listens to patient concerns. I never feel rushed. PA and infusion nurse are amazing as well. I drive an hour just to treat here.
Should have read the reviews and not wasted my time leaving 3 voicemails and two requests on their website asking to get scheduled as a new patient. Hope the doctor knows how the front desk is neglecting his practice this way. You can have the best doctors but the front desk will always make or break the experience.
Visit was fine but front desk had no info at all on billing, gave me a number for billing. I called and now it's another month and my secondary has still again not been billed. Very frustrated. Too much work to get them to exercise my rights by billing both my insurances.
Went to do labwork on Monday before my Friday appointment and the lab didn’t have the work order that I was told would be there when I went for bloodwork at my April appointment. I called repeatedly for 15 minutes and no one in the office could be bothered to answer the phone. So after driving 45 minutes to the lab, I got to drive to the doctor, wait in line for 10-15 minutes to get a printout of the lab work required, drive back to the lab and lose my time slot and now get to wait for next available.
