Don’t come early, you will be here a long time no matter what!!! It’s been 90 minutes and my wife just got called back for a scan! Some lady came up to the desk and started talking with the incompetent ladies about doing their job correctly! If you’re going to charge late or cancel fees, I would like to send you a bill for my wasted time!
Very, very slow service they seem to not realize that they need to keep the appointments longer unless if they’re dilating peoples eyes, terrible experience won’t be back
