The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you through any decision on exotics. Christian, the owner, is very approachable and definitely a hidden source for knowledge about the field. Prices are decent, product is top shelf, animals are healthy and handleable.
Excellent customer service! Extremely knowledgable employees. & if by chance they don't know something about a certain animal, they find out! By far the best reptile store in the state! Highly recommended!!
Love this place. Owner is awesome to deal with and cares about his animals and his people. Store has a clean, family feel and they always make time to talk even if it's just answering questions.
