Best Exotic Pet Store I've ever been to. Christian the owner and Shane his store manager are very knowledgeable, genuine, and Nice. The rest of the staff is nice and down to earth. They have the coolest and rarest animals in there, for very reasonable and affordable prices. I only go to them for all my animals needs. I Highly recommend them to everyone.
My husband and kids went in there this morning to look at hedgehogs, they had over $600 to spend on the hog and items to get started and the guy working wouldn't even acknowledge that they were there. Guess we will take our money elsewhere. Very disappointing, beings we live in North Phoenix and drove all the way down there.

Big shout out to Shane for helping me pick out my next reptile baby! Service from him and the owner were awesome. I got everything I needed for my first chameleon (I have a bearded dragon and have had frilled lizards in the past). A month in and Reginald is settling in nicely.

What a great experience. We are in northern AZ and called everywhere looking for jackson's Chameleons they are the only shop willing to talk over phone, and helped to ensure our 2 hour trip wasn't a wast of time. We got 3 chameleons from them and will defiantly be back and purchase accessories and more. Thank you for a great experience and our new family members.

the owner was super helpful and had great customer service. answered any of our questions to the best of his ability and when he didnt know the answer to something, he was honest about it and told you he didnt know. he gave us info on what we NEEDED for our animals, and didnt try to upsell us junk that we didnt need (like some of the other pet stores). i would recommend this store :) we would go back for future needs.

We live in San Tan Valley and save any reptile-related expenses for when we're in Mesa and can go to Predators. They have the coolest selection of animals and even if you go in every week there's always new stuff. Returns are painless too. They always make things right when something does inevitably go wrong.
