I can't believe this office is functioning. Was told by Dr. Ronin in the hospital to following up with her the following week. After 2 days of on hold nightmare of hours trying to get through to their office, leaving messages, ect...I finally got a live person. They would not let me make an appointment with her because Dr. Seth in the group apparently pop his head into my room before her and I am now established with him. I didn't even meet this Dr. Seth. I am very grateful I found Az Pulmonary Specialists over 10 years ago. I originally had Dr Paul Steinmetz as my pulmonologist and after he retired I started seeing Dr Bridget Ronan! She is amazing and extremely thorough. I just recently have seen NP Amber. She is knowledgable, thorough and very patient and caring as well. Everyone, from the front office staff, the medical assistants nurses and even behind the scenes people have been helpful and attentive to my needs and patient in answering all questions. Highly recommend!
My husband had an appointment at 10:50. We arrived at 10:30. At 10:40 They took him back and did a short breathing test and said to wait in the waiting room till a room was available. After more than 1/2 hr we asked how much longer and they said 1 patient before him. 5 minutes later they took us back to a room and said he was finishing a telemed appointment. Worst dr office ever.made me wait over a hour kept lying to me, about finishing up with a patient. I just left without seeing dr.They did not care.
The front desk is the rudest, nastiest, classless and most condescending group of women I have ever met in any doctors office across all 50 states. Their customer service skills are non-existent. Besides reprimanding me in the nastiest and most vicious way in front of other patients who appeared to be in shock, they also flat out lied and made accusatory statements towards me.
