Staff is nice and well trained. The doctors are top in the state for PAH.
I have been using this practice for many years. They have always taken the extra step to be not only professional and treat my condition, but to see me as a person as well. Dr Ronan is knowledgeable, attentive, brilliant, innovative, sincere and kind. She listens, considers , and presents you with the options. I would give them all, staff included, 10 stars if I could. Don't see Dr. Lesser she's rude and has no bedside matters.
Billing department is difficult to work with. They stopped taking Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance, told me 3 days before my appointment. Dr's assistant called to inform me that the doctor still wanted me to make an appointment and to cash pay. This was for a follow-up to my treatment. Now I need to find a new doctor to follow-up with. How am I supposed to do that!
