I’ve rented homes and Apartments before, but never once got the timely responses and services rendered that Angela and her team provide. I had a mixed experience renting from Arizona Property Brokerage. Topline: My experience with Arizona Property Brokerage is that they “fee max”, adding unnecessary charges. Pros: The home I rented was beautiful, well-maintained, and affordable. Arizona Property Brokerage were quick to respond to maintenance requests, and their maintenance staff were especially awesome, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Dustin Fogliano was my property manager and he’s so bad at his job. He would constantly be late with sending documents or months late on renewing my lease. It was never easy to get him to respond to calls or texts either. I felt like I had to do his job for him with constant reminders to take care of certain things.
