This company sucks. I tried scheduling a self tour for one of their properties. Easy right? Not so much. The online reservation said it was scheduled and set. I have the screenshot to prove it. I get there and I still haven't received the text to start the lockbox process. I called the company and they said ONLY ONE PERSON NAMED ANGELA was able to help with the lock box process, and NO ONE ELSE had the information to help me. This company kept my deposit with old, overcharged and made up damages scam upon move out. It was ridiculous. In fact they tried to get another grande out of me over the original deposit, in an effort to settle for just the deposit, and who knows, maybe they get the extra money anyway from some people so why not try, so I'm sure this was protocol for them.
