Everyone is kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable
The Dr.s are great! Dr.Ronalyn is amazing, but due to the office staff and there inability to keep an accurate appt. Schedule. Both my mother and I will longer be going there. Both of us have been patients for about 5 years and the office staff could care less. They give new meaning to the word rude. My wife,Kasey, did a sleep study and had an appointment a week later to go over the results. Her appointment was at 10 am. She left at 11:00 am without seeing anyone who could go over the results with her. They overbook and do not respect the patient’s time. They do not value their patients.
Receptionist is not all that bright. Her customer service skills are inadequate as she likes to be condescending towards people checking in. As the face of the business, training is highly recommended. After receiving multiple reminders of the pending scheduled appointment, phone, text and email, to the pateint, the receptionist passes the responsibility of getting insurance authorization to the patient instead escalating to the office manager.
