Very unprofessional receptionist my husband missed two days of work to attend appointments so they could tell us that they couldn’t contact the insurance that we had to pay about of pocket. After waiting 4 months to get an approval when we go to the appointment they said I did not have an approval. They never call us before we went so we did not see the doctor. Very disappointing.
We had an appointment to see the doctor but after a very long wait we only saw a nurse. The doctor wasn't available. He was in the building (we saw him in the hall). No reasonable explanation was given to us why we weren't able to meet with the doctor.
Unfortunately, this Office never answers the phone nor do they call you back in a timely manner. My husband has been trying to get a sleep study for several months we had an authorization already approved and we have yet to be helped. I recommend looking for another office.
This office is absolutely terrible no follow up and when I did call Kathy could have cared less of my concern. I will not return . I have found another pulmonologist who has a solid staff
I had a similar experience Robert & Michael mentioned. I had scheduled an appointment months in advance. Receptionist tells me when I get to the appointment that my referral expired and I could not be seen. When I informed her it was insanely unprofessional to let their referrals expire she rudely told me "It's the patient's duty to keep track of their referrals".
