This place is extremely unprofessional and has terrible customer service. I canceled an appointment, then was sent a bill for the appointment, then was sent a bill for a no show fee. I have called them numerous times on multiple days and am always told a manager will call me back. I have never received a call back, and they are continuously lying saying I was called at certain dates and times. The offices is extremely nice, it wasn't crowded they were all very professional from the beginning to the end, I trust the Dr Lipton with my life, he makes me feel very comfortable, I would highly suggest him it's hard to find a group that's professional that you trust this much.
