Subpar cleaning, randomly doubled my monthly rate with only a one day EMAIL letting me know that my rate was going up. Couldn’t even give me a phone call. The pool cleaners showed up randomly, there was never an actual schedule and if one of their pool cleaners was out I didn’t get my pool cleaned that week but was still charged full price. Also, try getting them to answer the phone is impossible. I went with E-Konomy and it’s a way better experience!
