Dr. Joel Bowen is fantastic. Very personable and easy to talk to and work with. He listens to your concerns and doesn't rush you. His staff is fantastic and easy to work with. Very caring and personable. Booking appointments is never an issue and the staff is great at calling to verify you have an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Joel Bowen to anyone needing a Podiatrist.

I was on time for a 9am appointment, a few minutes early to sign paperwork. There was a lot of time waiting after that to be seen to a room. I’m glad I didn’t try and get there 20 min early as advised to be able to fill out paperwork. The nurse that took me to my room was very kind, compassionate and understanding. I received consultation from Dr. Bowen who was courteous and informative. I had mentioned that my arch on my right foot was lower than the left and I needed newer orthotics to provided extra support for my right foot, and I would be gong to a chiropractor or store to receive these services. He offered orthotic services at his site. I had not been aware that he offered that service. I chose to use his orthotic services. This was a costly $400 disaster that I regret. Absolutely terrible! My wife went in to see Dr. Bowen for an updated cortisone shot in her heel because that’s the only thing that worked for Her. He brushed off anything she said and told her she just had some arthritis and plantar fasciitis and told her to get new shoes. She did, then she went to go get a second opinion because she was still in so much pain. Seeing the new Dr. My wife was informed she had a ligament tear and a bone spur. How does the other doctor completely miss this!!!
