We were not notified in advance. Coming here early in the morning and disrupting my day as my doctor had problems being able to drive closer to where i live as well making a mess outside that they didn't even clean, not able to leave for 6 hours. Blocking us in causing problems for all who live here. Would not suggest hiring this company.
This was left in my backyard after a project that Arizona Pipeline did- a project that had nothing to do with me. I was not a customer. You guys called me and asked for access into my backyard and I kindly obliged and this is how you left it. Hazardous. Sloppy. Irresponsible. I called your office twice and left a voicemail for Kurtis Keeler as instructed to do so by your staff. This “tunnel” leads to the back alley way which is dangerous and leaves us uneasy. They took down a portion of my fence to more easily access a pipe. They said they would repair it. Their " repair" consisted of propping it up with some posts. Further, they left a water leak. Waiting to hear what they are going to do about it.
By leaving the ground the way they found it. Your guys left ruts in front of my house! Not appreciated, Not Happy that's for sure! For as much as these make their sure isn't any pride in their work.

They are sending inadequately trained people to job sites. They are careless about people's property. They take short cuts to save money and make frequent mistakes. Their short cuts cost me a water heater.
Cleaning up after making the mess that they just did on Rich Hill St. in Yorba Linda... Cement powder everywhere and on my car .
