The office closed down without notice to the patient's now we have nowhere to go and my son is struggling with a bad UTI that no other doctor wants to treat.
Was in the hospital for some problems and had an open wound on my leg. Dr. Jou takes a look at it, does not take a culture, does not tell me what the diagnoses was and says ok we put you on antibiotics and it will be fine. So I take the full course of antibiotics and they do nothing and now I have a nice scar, a fat bill and he really did not do his job at all! Last week saw a dermatologist that was amazed at lack of professionalism and he takes a culture and prescribes a couple of ointments and it was literally gone in two ... read more
I was refereed to them from my doctor. They've had all of my information in their office for well over a week, and I've called and left 3 voicemails to set an appointment. No one returns your calls and no one seems to EVER answer the phone.
This doctor is an expert in infectious diseases.He is brilliant. He saved my life. Thank you dr. Jou.
This man is a saint!!! He is an absolute miracle who saved my wife’s life and that is a matter of pure fact. His attitude , friendliness , work ethic and professionalism is second to none. If all medical professionals were like this man, the world is a better place. If I could give him 100 stars out of five stars I would. I hope you never need this mans help as he typically works with serious infection. If you are in his care, thank god for that. He is amazing.
