The waiting room is way too small and you will wait at least an hour AFTER your scheduled appointment before you will see the Dr. I waited almost two hours.
Not welcoming, waited over an hour after our appointment time. Didn't feel like the doctor really cared about my kid at all. Not very child friendly in my opinion. Not a very pleasant experience.

We waited over 3 months to have my daughter's astigmatism verified, so she can go to speech preschool. Less than 36 hours before her appointment, they called and cancelled. Zero apologies.
