What a wonderful experience! We live in CA and flew in because someone we trust recommended this clinic. From the consult call through the assessment and feedback session, our family felt fully supported. The assessment identified some hidden challenges and a customized path to support our child. I had an awesome experience here with my daughter, her teachers were very impressed with the report and how detailed everything was. I wish we had discovered this place years ago for my other kiddo and makes getting early intervention sooooo much smoother.
Update: Following the posting of my review (1/21) I have received several calls and an email from the center (their efforts began on 1/22). This is after my sending 3 texts back on the 17th and leaving a vm on the 1/20. It was conveyed that between receiving a text from the center on 1/17, stating that they would call in 15 minutes for our appt. and the time to actually call their whole office came down with a stomach bug. We booked the 15 minute phone consult. We received a text 15 min. prior stating that we would receive a call in 15 min. I confirmed that was great. We never received a call. I sent 3 texts - no response. I called the office and left a message. No return call back. This is care for children and they can't even show the courtesy of a call to ensure the child gets help & care timely. Very unprofessional and so odd given that they texted us 15 min. before the meeting. Hopefully the doctor is ok?!?
