Scamming sack of shits. Don't go here. This place will lie to you and tell you that they can help and then ask you to "Private Pay", mine was to the tune of $12,000. They got me for $180 before I found out that although they knew what insurance I had before I walked in the door, they don't tell you that they will not accept it and refuse to do a prior auth. Avi Mallin, PA is HORRIBLE. Keep looking for another group. 1.5y w/MD & was transferred to him. One appt w/his bullying & rant. Asked to close my file. He has no business working with humans. Too bad they brought such a JERK in to practice!
There is a doctor and nurse practitioner that I see here currently and they are fine; however there are some female staff at the desk in the Phoenix office who are rude, curt, unpleasant, ignore me, and are disrespectful when I interact with them, both on the phone and in office, and have mixed up my records several times.
