Avi Mallin, PA is HORRIBLE. Keep looking for another group. 1.5y w/MD & was transferred to him. One appt w/his bullying & rant. Asked to close my file. He has no business working with humans. Too bad they brought such a JERK in to practice!
There is a doctor and nurse practitioner that I see here currently and they are fine; however there are some female staff at the desk in the Phoenix office who are rude, curt, unpleasant, ignore me, and are disrespectful when I interact with them, both on the phone and in office, and have mixed up my records several times. I can certainly understand that sometimes everyone has an off day, but this is an ongoing issue.
