I've call four time in a week to get an appt . I get sent to scheduler I assume but only get answering machine. No one ever calls back The last time I called I was put on hold immediately and left for 20 before I hung up. I love Dr Gin but can never get in to see him
As a Arizona Oncology patient that was affected by the takeover of TMC we can no longer communicate with anyone! Their phone answering system is terrible!!!!!
If you are looking for the most beautiful caring staff and physicians you are fortunate to be referred here. My physician is Dr Kilic and she is amazingly supportive and caring. She’s an excellent communicator and researcher. She answered my questions with patience and respect, never in a hurry. Thank you all for what you have done for me and my daughter who is also under treatment. The staff is exceptional also.
