Mikel Ouellette came to our office setup our printer and informed us of the other services AOT offers to provide support for our small office. Mikel is reliable and quick to respond and was able to streamline our technology. AOT and Mikel have been great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, patient. AOT services are reasonably priced, it is nice knowing help is just a phone call away. I would recommend their services to businesses large and small.
This company has not stood behind its promises, or hand shakes! I would not recommend this company for any Xerox needs. We have asked several times for our machines to be returned and now they are telling us we are stuck with them, and have to deal with the finance company. This is a very shady company.
We have had such a horrible experience with this company since day 1!!! I would not recommend them to anybody. After numerous problems with the contract price and asking them to pick up their equipment and being told they won't take them back, we have now run out of toner, which they were supposed to be monitoring and sending us so we didn't run out! Absolutely horrible!
Culture is first and foremost at AOT, which could be the biggest reason why we make Arizona's Best Places to Work each year. AOT never loses focus on which matters most and that is the customer service we provide our customers.
