Rachel is the best provider- shes been treating me for several neurological conditions for 13 years. She's so kind, listens to me, knowledgeable and takes her time to really figure out your symtoms and treament. She has given such good medical care. 💗
This is a follow-up on the review below that I posted a couple years ago. I received a text message from the Arizona Neurology and Sleep Center today asking me to make an appointment to review my CPAP compliance. When I called, the appointment could not be made because allegedly their system crashed. Wow I just got off the phone with this place to try and reschedule an appointment I had for next week. I asked politely if there was anything sooner since that day and time was not going to work, whoever was on the phone had the worst attitude ever. She then put me on hold for 5 minutes as I thought she was going to check the schedule, after she got back on the phone the first thing she said was “so then what do you want to do? I had an excellent experience with Dr. De Ocampo and the friendly staff.
Dr. DeOcampo has been very informative and is so knowledgeable, especially on migraines and headaches! His staff are so welcoming and very accommodating!
