I LOVE Rachel and her staff. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and absolutely have had the best experience. I’ve tried several neurologist prior to this and have had no success with my migraines. I’ve been seeing neurologist since I was 11 years old and Rachel and her staff are by far my favorite doctor I’ve ever seen. They are compassionate, take their time and really care about their patients.
Horrible experience from start to finish. I was referred to this office by another provider. First they wouldn’t let me make an appointment for three weeks because I needed a referral and told me to contact my original provider. When I would contact my OG provider they’d say they faxed it over. Kept this run around for a while and then still wouldn’t make an appointment with me. Rachel is the best provider- shes been treating me for several neurological conditions for 13 years. She's so kind, listens to me, knowledgeable and takes her time to really figure out your symtoms and treament. She has given such good medical care. 💗
This is a follow-up on the review below that I posted a couple years ago. I received a text message from the Arizona Neurology and Sleep Center today asking me to make an appointment to review my CPAP compliance. When I called, the appointment could not be made because allegedly their system crashed. When they called me back, I was told that the text message was sent in error and that they would deny service because of the review I posted a couple years ago.
