Constantly wait more than two hours for scheduled time with doc. Doc is always short and rude. I do not recommend this facility.
Absolutely the WORST most disorganized billing dept I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to pay for 2 weeks and left 7 messages with no return phone call. The Core Institute is also no help and has no suggestions as to how the ANI accounts can be handled. Would not recommend, at all. Also, my initial appt, I waited for an hour and a half (I was the first appt after lunch) while I could hear the Dr. chatting and making small talk with the staff. No regard for patients or appt times.
When my husband's neurologist left this practice, they sent him a postcard. When they MERGED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, there was: NOTHING. So when I called to set up his next neurology appointment with the doc who replaced his old one, I was told that they had NO RECORD of my husband, and then proceeded to ask for all sorts of HIPAA protected information so they could get him set up again. I'm not inclined to trust them with my husband's health, or their ability to keep his HIPAA protected records out of someone's unauthorized h... read more
Love my Doctor, but the assistants in this place are ridiculous. They don't return phone calls, they don't follow up and they like to magically come up with a fee for paperwork they never charged in the past. On top of that they can't even fill the paperwork out correctly. Ends up in insurance claims being denied! It is terrible when the staff of a place bring down the overall ratings when the Doctors have no control over their assistants, and these are simple medical assistants!
Horrible place !!! They act like patients are cattle and Hurd you into a room to wait 45 minutes. The doctors do nothing for you but take your money. They will not give me my test results either. They want you to rack up a huge bill with your insurance company to do nothing for you. I try to converse with the doctor about my health but he's to busy to talk to patients apparently . They just run test then haul butt outta the room without even treating you like a human being.
