This place is trash. They send a last minute text saying you HAVE to call to confirm your appointment. Of course they never answer the phones and if they do they lie. I was told dont worry i will make sure a note gets sent so your appointment doesnt get canceled but they canceled it anyways. I love wasting my time on incompetent nurses.
I do not recommend this practice. The staff are extremely rude. The practice claims to have a 10 minutes late policy however, I was there 7 minutes late and they refused to see me. I even showed them the time on my phone to prove I was standing there before the 10 minute mark as they were telling me no. Apparently, that does not matter. Showed up for my appointment that I waited 4 months for and they told me it was cancelled because I didn’t call them back yesterday. Nobody advised me when making the appointment that I’d have to verbally confirm and I was taking care of my sick son yesterday, not watching my phone for unknown numbers. Apparently the only way to learn the results of your appointment is through some computer controlled "portal" site. This requires a series of passwords and other incomprehensible digital gymnastics that l have never succeeded at! I'm over it! I through with them! They can stuff their "portal" in the nearest "porta-john" !
After\n Waiting 2 and a 1/2 months for my scheduled appointment. Because I did not verbally confirm my appointment is now rescheduled. Another 2 and a 1/2 months out, they texted me, but also called me. And I said, I had to verbally confirm, this is total baloney. They said, this is our policy. I don't know their policy. They should inform people of their policy that they're going to be calling terrible, terrible service.
