Apparently the only way to learn the results of your appointment is through some computer controlled "portal" site. This requires a series of passwords and other incomprehensible digital gymnastics that l have never succeeded at! I'm over it! I through with them! They can stuff their "portal" in the nearest "porta-john" ! They requested an MRI with Simon Med. I never learned the outcome.There was a $200 fee for this. I paid ANA for this. It was never paid to Simon Med!
Dr. Jason Reinhardt seems like a really great doctor unfortunately the staff they chose to run their Thunderbird Lakes location is rude and unprofessional and it starts from the very top at the office manager Tia. They don’t care about your concerns. They have zero common courtesy or any type of general politeness, you would expect from a public facing occupation. Like I said, I like Dr. Jason Reinhardt, but because of his inept staff, unfortunately I feel safer taking my care somewhere else.
