Outstanding service, a REAL Machanic/Technician! I stopped in by chance not knowing about his shop or experience, Without an appointment and from out of town (Chicago). having an issue with my/throttle lock. John dropped what he was doing to look at it. He got me back on the road and with a smile on my face in 20 minutes! I just had the bike in for warranty service work at a Triumph dealer in the area and when I asked 2 service techs and a parts counter person about it they couldn't offer any advice on the repairs. Johnny G. has worked on my motorcycles since 2012, excellent work never had to go back to fix same problem. Did what he would say he was going to do in a timely fashion, always willing to help. Priced fair!
insane is the only shop I trust to handle any of my Harley needs,,,Johnnyz eye for custom detail is just staggering!!!! over the years he constantly impresses me with his skills and thorough work,,he has done everything from paint on my bike to boreing my engine out to 96 cubic inches from 88,,he did an entire 6 grand rebuild and I'm constantly breaking necks on the road and dropped jaws,,if u want someone u can trust to do it right,,then insane is the place..I will never go anywhere els.
It's not often motorcycle repairs are a pleasant experience, not to mention, exceeding your expectations; but John knows his business and understands motorcycle engineering and the theories behind it. He addressed some serious issues with my one-off custom chopper in a timely manner and on the date I hoped for-I was ready for a cross-country road trip. Amazing shop that has well over 30 years of Harley repair and builds.. The owner is take his time with every detail of your bike. There custom work is by far the Best in Arizona ..
